Winter Hill Walk

Today I took a long walk up Ben Chonzie, a Munro, a Scottish Mountain over 3000 feet (914 meters).

It was sunny and clear when we started at the bottom, littered with sheep, but at the top, the mountain hares in their winter white fur ran around, the sky turned gray and snow covered the ground.

I snapped some video I posted below. Enjoy!

Brrr!! I freak out if it gets below 50F. My sensitive Texan self can’t handle it.

Cute video 😉 Really stupid question… who sings that song at the end??? They used to play that on the radio all the time at the shop I used to work in… I’ve been meaning to download it 😀

diana, that is a HEAT WAVE!

grace, some ladies are just delicate that way. In you, that weenie disposition is simply charming.

Heath, it’s Billy Holiday, “I’ve Got my Love to Keep Me Warm” And there is no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothes.

    Lovely video, Peterson. 😀

It hasn’t really snowed at all here in Massachusetts. My mom says that it counts as a snowstorm if you can see a cat’s paw print in it. I guess we’re supposed to get 19 snowstorms this year, and since we could see the cat’s mark in the dustings, we’ve got 2 down, 17 more to go.
