Transfigurations Movie Screening — Leeds University

Event Details

Hilarious and heartwarming, Peterson Toscano reveals stories of gender and sexual minorities in the Bible. Entertaining, informative, and suitable for people with and without faith, Toscano’s “performance lecture” deepens well-known (and lesser-known) Bible stories and presents an array of Bible characters with an array of genders.

Who knew there are gender non-binary and gender outlaws in the Bible who saved the day? Peterson literally morphs before your eyes and unearths people you had no idea were in the Bible. No previous Bible knowledge required!

(If you can’t make the screening, see it on Amazon Prime in USA, UK, Germany, and Japan or get the DVD from MeetingHouse.XYZ. And check out the FREE study guide!)
