IMG_2587When it comes to climate change, comic performance artist, Peterson Toscano, says,

Everyone is affected by climate change, but not equally. Sure, we are all in the same boat together, but we are not all on the same deck.

Toscano will facilitate a conversation that considers how Post-911 anti-terrorism efforts, Hurricane Katrina, and disaster relief connect us to the contemporary Black Lives Matter Movement.

Through comedy and storytelling he will also highlight pollution inequity in US cities and his own very mixed-raced family. Power, Privilege, and Pollution served us with a dash of humor.
